CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

- All costs associated with returning the item to us including return shipping charges and any taxes if applicable shall need to be taken care by you.
- The refund will be processed to the same account/method from which the payment was made. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
- Your refund will be initiated within working days of receiving the refund request and authorization of the refund.
- Your refund is estimated to be credited in the account, used for order payment, between 4-8 days after initiating the refund. Please note that the timing of the actual account credit depends on multiple external agencies such as banks, payment gateways.
Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation request for services availed with promotional offers are not entertained.
- Cancellation requests for domain name registration and domain name transfer are not entertained.
- A service agreement automatically gets canceled if you don’t make the next payment within 10 working days.
Refund Policy:
- Our refund policy differs from service to service.
- If refund is done, we would deduct the amount for the work already done.
- Administrative fees or installation charges would not be refunded in any case.Taxes paid on services to regulatory bodies would not be refunded.
- If you have violated the terms and conditions of our policy, we would cancel the agreement and would not refund you anything.
- We would not refund if any kind of delay or service disruption happens because of third party involvement.
